Matt is an experienced defence and security leader with a background as an Army Air Corps groundcrew specialist. He has worked globally across operations and business development, with  expertise in stakeholder management, vendor relations, and scaling enterprise programmes. He leads global commercial engagement for Fering’s Pioneer platform, working closely with Gareth Reece.
